Place of Dreams is an Approved DVA Gold and White card supplier for eligible veterans. We can guide you through CPAP Therapy from your initial diagnosis of sleep apnea, to your long-term consumable supply and support.

Duration of Appointment

Four-week trial that includes:

  • This will depend on what the approved veteran requires at the time.
  • Time can range between 30 to 60 minutes.

If you are currently being supported by a different DVA supplier you will need to transfer your DVA care and support to us, please click HERE and complete this form, then return it to us. We will lodge it with DVA and one of our team will contact you once it has been approved.

Where can I find the DVA application for positive airway equipment form?

If you need a CPAP device this can only be completed by a Sleep Physician. If you only need CPAP consumables (mask, filters, wipes) this can be completed by your GP
